Extended Abstracts Format

Extended abstracts should be at least 1 and at most 2 pages (US letter size) in length. A third page is allowed for references and acknowledgements only. No short abstract is required before the main text in the manuscript. No extra pages can be purchased.

Papers should be formatted in standard two-column IEEE format. Templates for LaTeX and MS-Word are available at the RAS paper submission support page. Videos to complement the submission are strongly encouraged, following the same format as for regular manuscripts.

Videos should be submitted with your paper and have the following format:

Author Attendance Policy

For all contributions — regular papers, extended abstracts, and transferred papers — upon acceptance, at least one author is expected to register for and present the paper in person at the conference. If no author appears and the presentation is not given, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
